It is not age specific but was designed with learners with moderate and severe learning disabilities in KS4/Post 16. This resource could form part of a full series of healthy living lessons. It is a PDF resource covering the reasons why we need sleep. It could be delivered as a presentation or printed off and used as prompts sheets and activities. Depending on the pace of the group, this could be a one off lesson or be delivered over a number of weeks.
